During my time at GE, I :

• created standard work to execute comprehensive ETL processes by extracting and updating data from Gensuite and SAP Logon, ensuring 100% accuracy and timeliness.
• maintained an impeccable on-time upload rate, guaranteeing that the Controls business had real-time access to the most up-to-date data.
• designed and implemented dynamic Tableau dashboards that improved data visualization and interpretation, empowering senior managers to make informed decisions that contributed to a substantial $125 million in business revenue.

Project Management

Due to my effective time management during the internship, I was able to take on an additional assignment. I proactively requested a Project Management role to deepen my knowledge in this area.

• Engineered and executed the Inquiry to Remittance workflow, which streamlined the quoting and invoicing processes, resulting in notable efficiency gains for the Controls Solutions Services business.
• Created and optimized databases that facilitated a more efficient quoting process, reducing reliance on specialized personnel and accelerating response times.
• Enhanced client satisfaction by cutting turnaround times, which directly contributed to revenue growth and improved overall service delivery.

While I worked for the Airforce:

• Led the initialization and deployment of a containerized client/server software application, enhancing scalability and deployment efficiency.
• Seamlessly integrated containerized applications into the Azure DevOps Pipeline environment, streamlining development and deployment workflows.
• Developed and configured an Azure DevOps Pipeline for the automated testing and building of client/server software applications, ensuring robust and reliable software performance.
• Utilized TCP/IP networks to establish and manage communication between containerized applications, facilitating efficient and effective data exchange.
